These Terms of Service govern your use of localseoteam.com and your purchase of services from localseoteam ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

localseoteam provides digital search engine optimisation services as described on our website. All services are delivered digitally. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in the package description at the time of purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our website checkout and processed by Stripe. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Prices are displayed in EUR and include all applicable fees as stated at checkout.

3. Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally via email, shared documents, or direct CMS implementation as agreed. Delivery timelines begin from the date payment is confirmed and a discovery call has been completed. We are not responsible for delays caused by late provision of required access credentials or information.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, grant appropriate access to required accounts (CMS, Google Analytics, Search Console), and respond to communications within 5 business days. Significant delays in responding may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all content created specifically for your project becomes your property. We retain the right to reference your project as part of our portfolio (without disclosing confidential information) unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search algorithms are controlled by third parties and change without notice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
